Lower Crabb is a big old house behind a high stone wall on the 267 between the village of Five Ashes and Mayfield. Just half a mile from Mayfield on the left hand side going towards Heathfield. It is easy to find before you go down the hill towards Mayfield opposite a little 50mph sign or at night opposite an old fashioned street light.
